Tikal’s Agentic Engineer Program
From Orchestration to Architecture

The era of just writing code is over.
Master the Tikal Twelve-Factor Agentic SDLC and bridge the gap between a standard software developer and an architect of AI-native systems.

The great divide in software engineering

We are witnessing the most significant split in the engineering workforce in two decades. The industry is separating into two groups.

The “Vibe Coders”

Developers who treat AI as a black box, building demos that fail in production due to cost, latency, or hallucination

The Agentic Engineers

Developers who treat AI as an engineering component, orchestrating multi-agent systems with control over state, cost, and security

The Agentic Engineer Program is not a bootcamp. It is a career accelerator designed by Tikal’s senior architects to teach the engineering discipline required to build reliable, self healing AI systems at scale.

What will you gain

This program is designed to bridge the gap between building agentic prototypes and engineering production grade AI systems

PS

Who is this program for

This program is designed for practicing software engineers with 2–3+ years of professional experience.

  • You know how to ship code, work with Git, and integrate APIs.

  •
You are comfortable building systems, but feel that “just coding” is no longer enough.

  • You want to move from experimenting with AI to engineering reliable, production-ready agentic systems.

  • You are ready to take responsibility for architecture, not just implementation.
